CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received by June 9th, 2019 (11:59 pm CET) a cancellation fee of 50,00 EUR applies. The remaining amount of the congress fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received by July 9th, 2019 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after July 9th, 2019 or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
